How nature works

One species waste is another species food, resilience through diversity, survival of the fittest, sun provides energy, complex integrated system where every species plays a role in sustaining the ecosystem.
We have all heard about these over the years, these are the fundamentals of how nature works. Nature (without human intervention) works in a loop, where there is nothing called waste, for example, one animal is born, it eats other animals, it dies and the body is then food for microorganisms, worms etc. This is also called the cycle of life, but that’s for another time.
Naturally, nothing ends up in the landfills, largely everything is biodegradable and everything disappears in the soil.
Humans have taken far too long to take inspiration from this cycle of nature.
I recently came across the concept of Circular Economy, where products, like species, experience death but return the energy cycle and keep the loop going.
